Shaffer Executive Coaching follows an integrated, transformational, and accelerated approach. Following a three-step process, I'll tailor the program to your specific goals with flexible session lengths.

Phase One: Discovery & Design
During the first phase, we will:

Take a series of assessments when appropriate, and collect and analyze data for a complete overview of your leadership style and future capability

Co-design the Executive Leadership Plan and set SMART goals and strategies based on our meeting, data, and your development areas

We'll align these goals with the organization's objectives and create a customized action plan to take your leadership to the next level and prepare your organization for the future.

Set up a one-to-one call schedule via phone or in-person to unlock potential

Phase Two: Delivery of the Executive Leadership Plan
